Kyle Schwarber Blasts Two Homers On Tuesday
6 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder/designated hitter Kyle Schwarber was 2-for-4 with two solo home runs during Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Boston Red Sox. Both of Schwarber's big flies came off of Red Sox starter Kutter Crawford and helped snap an eight-game homer drought. The 31-year-old slugger is now slashing .240/.359/.417 this season with 13 home runs, 38 RBI, 47 runs scored and four stolen bases. While his homer pace is slightly down from previous years, he has helped offset it by improving his ratios. Fantasy managers should continue to plug Schwarber into their lineups, especially now that the power stroke is back.
