The entire Yankee organization let out a collective sigh of relief as Juan Soto returned to the lineup on Monday, June 10.
Soto missed just three games with a forearm injury - the entire Dodgers weekend series - and returned to his usual second slot in the lineup on Monday, though he was the designated hitter and didn't play in the field.
Fantasy baseball owners have to be relieved and excited that Soto didn't have to make a trip to the IL as Soto has been one of the best fantasy assets this season and an AL MVP candidate.

Soto spoke after the game and said he wasn't sure when he would return to the field, it would be determined by how he felt the next day and if he had any soreness in his forearm.
Juan Soto Fantasy Baseball Outlook
As long as this injury doesn't linger and Soto avoids the IL, he can be viewed as a top-five fantasy asset for the rest of the season.
Soto is hitting .318 with 17 home runs, 50 runs scored, and 53 RBI. He and Aaron Judge have both been on the top of their games and could end up finishing the season as the top two vote-getters in the MVP race.

If you can convince another manager that this injury could linger and to sell low on Soto, I would certainly do everything I could to acquire him to my fantasy team. He's been fantastic and has the talent to be this good, or even better in the second half of the season.
