5 months agoMiami Marlins shortstop Tim Anderson was reinstated from the bereavement list on the team's off day on Monday. Anderson was placed on the bereavement list on June 7 and missed the Marlins' weekend series against the Cleveland Guardians. However, he will be back on the active roster for the team's three-game set against the New York Mets beginning on Tuesday. It's been a rough year for the 30-year-old so far in 2024, especially at the plate. The veteran shortstop is batting just .188 with three doubles and six RBI across 48 games this season. As a result, he should only be considered in extremely deep leagues moving forward.--Joey Pollizze - RotoBaller
