6 months agoThe Cleveland Guardians have promoted shortstop/third base prospect Angel Genao to High-A Lake County. Genao,20, was dominating Single-A in his second go-around with a .341 batting average that was accompanied by six homers, 39 RBI and 12 stolen bases. Genao signed out of the Dominican Republic in 2021 and has shown the ability to be a very good contact hitter. Scouts also like his baseball IQ and he has shown the ability to be a very good defender at a young age. Genao is still a few seasons away from being considered in the fantasy community, but he makes for a fun watch-list candidate to monitor.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
