6 months agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Tyler O'Neill (knee) recently received a cortisone shot in his knee, which he said has helped him. The 28-year-old has been out since May 26 due to right knee inflammation. The good news is that O'Neill could return as early as Wednesday when he's eligible to be removed from the injured list. Fantasy managers should be patient and hold onto O'Neill for a little longer. He has 11 homers in 41 games, so his power alone is worth keeping him on fantasy rosters.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
