Tyson Alexander Needs More Than A Putter At Colonial
6 months agoOn the greens, Tyson Alexander is one of the best on tour (ranked 26th in strokes gained putting: 0.454), but everything else leaves much to be desired. The irons and woods have gone pretty crooked which doesn't present enough scoring opportunities for the wedges and putter. It takes the total package at this level, or at least more than only having one part of the game nailed down. And he's coming off a missed cut at the Myrtle Beach Classic where he lost strokes in every strokes gained metric. At the bottom-of-the-barrel price of $7,100 on FanDuel, chances are this is a "get what you paid for" pick that is better left alone.
