6 months agoDustin Johnson is likely to be a polarizing option for fantasy managers this week. The 24-time PGA Tour winner and two-time Major champion undoubtedly has the pedigree and skill set to contend at any event anywhere in the world, just as he's proven on the LIV Tour in recent months. Johnson has an outright victory and two other top-10 finishes in his seven starts on LIV this season, including a T7 in his most recent start in Singapore two weeks ago. But as is the case with many LIV golfers teeing it up at the PGA Championship, fantasy managers may have concerns with LIV's 54-hole, no-cut format and how that will translate to a traditional Major format. While Johnson does have two top-10 finishes in his seven Major appearances since joining LIV, he's missed the cut in his last two Major starts at The Open Championship and the Masters, both of which saw him lose over eight total strokes to the field. It would not be wise to count Johnson out at Valhalla, but fantasy managers choosing to invest his in $8,000 DraftKings salary may want to choose the route of limited exposure.--Ryan Hickey
