Drew Ogletree Back With The Colts
Drew Ogletree is off the NFL commissioner's exempt list and is back with the team during offseason workouts. Ogletree was recently cleared of domestic-violence charges following his arrest last December. Ogletree was put on the commissioner's exempt list on Dec. 30. The 25-year-old caught nine of his 21 targets for 147 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games (nine starts) in 2023 in what was essentially his rookie season after he didn't play at all in 2022 after being drafted in the sixth round (192nd overall) in 2022 out of Youngstown State due to a torn ACL he suffered in the preseason. Ogletree will be off the fantasy radar as tight end depth behind Jelani Woods, Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox in 2024.

Drew Ogletree Placed On Commissioner Exempt List
Drew Ogletree has been placed on the Commissioner Exempt List by the NFL. This comes as no surprise after Ogletree was arrested for felony domestic violence charges on Friday night. The second-year tight end is facing some serious charges including domestic violence committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and domestic battery. It's possible that he won't see Ogletree in the NFL again. He spent most of the season on the injured reserve and barely contributed when healthy. His absence won't impact the Colts roster.

Drew Ogletree Practices Fully On Wednesday
Drew Ogletree (foot) practiced fully on Wednesday ahead of his team's Week 13 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Ogletree has missed the past two games with a foot injury but he is trending in the right direction with a full practice under his belt already as the Colts kicked off preparations for Week 13. Provided he doesn't suffer a setback, it appears as though Ogletree will be back on the field in Week 13 but it will be worth monitoring his participation in practices throughout the remainder of the week.

Drew Ogletree Ruled Out For Week 12
Drew Ogletree (foot) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for the Week 12 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ogletree hasn't played since Week 9 and is now set to miss his second straight game despite having last week's bye to rest up. Ogletree, and none of the Colts' tight ends for that matter, have been fantasy relevant in 2023. The 25-year-old has caught nine of is 17 targets for 147 yards and two touchdowns in eight games this year in his first NFL season after not playing at all in 2022. Kylen Granson is probably the best bet for production in Indy at the tight end position, but he will continue to lose playing time to fellow TEs Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory. Ogletree will be hoping to return to practice next week and play in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans.

Drew Ogletree Misses Practice On Wednesday
Drew Ogletree (foot) missed practice on Wednesday as his team began preparing to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12. Ogletree didn't play in Indy's Week 10 game against the New England Patriots with the injury and apparently is still struggling to get healthy despite having a bye in Week 11. He will be worth monitoring on Thursday and Friday to see whether he can get back on the field. If Ogletree ultimately does not end up playing in Week 12, look for Will Mallory, Kylen Granson, and Mo Alie-Cox to soak up the tight-end snaps.
