Julio Rodriguez Not In Sunday's Starting Lineup
7 months agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez is not in the team's starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Chicago Cubs. Rodriguez has struggled mightily in the early going, so this off day is likely giving him a chance to reset. The 23-year-old was a fantasy star last season, but he is carrying a dismal .186/.238/.203 slash line with no home runs and 21 strikeouts to start 2024. Luke Raley will get the start in centerfield and bat eighth with Rodriguez sidelined. Raley managed to hit 19 homers last season, but he is not a recommended fantasy option on Sunday.
