8 months agoAlexander Hernandez suffered a split decision loss to Damon Jackson in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 90 on Saturday. Hernandez missed weight on Friday in his third appearance at 145lbs. In the first two rounds, he was controlled by Jackson and outstruck. Hernandez did have success in the third round, but it was too little too late as two of the three judges had it scored for Jackson. With the loss, Hernandez is now 6-7 in the UFC and is on a two-fight losing skid and could be fighting for his job next time out.--Cole Shelton
