8 months agoTexas Rangers third baseman Justin Foscue remains out of the starting lineup ahead of Friday's game against the Houston Astros. The team recalled Foscue after Josh Jung (wrist) landed on the injured list on Tuesday. Since then, Foscue has been on the bench for the first three games. It seems odd that the Rangers would call up the 25-year-old prospect and then not use him. Instead, Josh Smith will cover third base and bat eighth versus right-hander Hunter Brown. Foscue is an interesting talent, but isn't worth snagging in fantasy formats while sitting on the bench.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
