The 2023-2024 NBA season is here, and our friends over at PrizePicks still have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power or flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the industry's best and easiest-to-win NBA DFS games. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people; you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER,' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For the NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, April 3.
Single Stat NBA Totals - DFS Prop Picks
Editor's Note: Prize Picks prop totals are not always available first thing in the morning, so check back during the day, as other props may be added during the day.
Tyrese Haliburton OVER 2.5 3-PT Made - Fellow prop bettors, I have a PSA for the community: It is now safe to take the over on Tyrese Haliburton's three-point shots. Over the Indiana Pacers guard's previous five games, the magic number is 3.6, the average of three-point conversions in the allotted time. Thankfully, for lovers of basketball and, in some cases, money, Haliburton's 34 percent shooting from deep seems to be a thing of the past.

The Pacers play the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday evening, and it's doubtful they have much of an answer for Haliburton's current shooting streak, converting 43.9 percent of his three-point shots. I think it's safe to take the over on 2.5 three-point shots made for Haliburton.
Wendell Carter Jr. OVER 7.5 Rebounds - Despite Zion Williamson's rebounding woes, the New Orleans Pelicans rank sixth in the category. Ironically, the Pelicans' Wednesday evening opponent, the Orlando Magic, although holding the second-best defensive rating, falls low when it comes to grabbing boards. However, Magic center Wendell Carter Jr.'s recent outings vs. teams with notable centers, such as 11 rebounds vs. the Sacramento Kings and 13 rebounds over Deandre Ayton, suggest a close battle on the boards.
As long as Carter Jr. stays out of foul trouble, I envision him eclipsing the 7.5 REB line PrizePicks provided.
Cam Thomas OVER 24.5 Points - I still don't know if Cam Thomas is a legitimate NBA player or just a high-volume shooter, but I do grasp the importance of betting the under on points when the Brooklyn Nets guard faces a subpar defense. Over Thomas's past five games, he averaged 27.4 points. The only team he failed to register at least 20 points was against the New York Knicks, of whom rank ninth in defensive rating.

The Nets face the Pacers in a rematch from April 1, in which Thomas recorded 22 points. However, knowing Thomas's stubborn offense, he certainly will surpass his previous scoring effort. PrizePicks' line for Thomas sits at 24.5 points; take the over.
Anthony Davis UNDER 2.5 Blocks - Betting the under on anything regarding Anthony Davis's defense seems like a surefire method to lose money. However, as the Los Angeles Lakers play a second game in as many nights against the irrelevant Washington Wizards, consider this a warranted occasion to expect less defensive results from the four-time All-Defensive Team holder.
Moreover, Davis averaged 1.6 rejections in his previous five outings. Considering the stressed circumstances, bet the under on 2.5 BLK for Davis.
