The 2023-2024 NBA season is here, and our friends over at PrizePicks still have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power or flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the industry's best and easiest-to-win NBA DFS games. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people; you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER,' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For the NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, March 27.
Single Stat NBA Totals - DFS Prop Picks
Editor's Note: Prize Picks prop totals are not always available first thing in the morning, so check back during the day, as other props may be added during the day.
Norman Powell OVER 13.5 Points - As someone who depended on Norman Powell's services this past season for fantasy play, I'm familiar with the Los Angeles Clippers wing's dependability. Moreover, the Clippers play the Joel Embiid-less Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday evening. Without Embiid, their best defensive player, Philadelphia lacks legitimacy. Since the All-Star break, the Sixers rank 14th in defensive rating.

Powell's previous five performances, with an average of 17 points, assures that he'll cover the over on the 13.5 line. Regarding Powell's success vs. Philadelphia, he scored 20 points on March 24 against the Tyrese Maxey-led squad.
James Harden UNDER 2.5 Turnovers - Wednesday marks a historic night in the NBA: James Harden returns to the Sixers following the infamous standoff with Daryl Morey. While Harden's reputation seems to suggest his emotional capacity for basketball ranks relatively low compared to his star-player counterparts, as a professional competitor, he must have at least an ounce of pride against his former team.
What a DIME by James Harden to Ivica Zubac 👀

PrizePicks set the turnover line at 2.5, which tracks with Harden's 2.2 average over the past five games. The beauty of the Clippers, aside from those beautiful new uniforms (not really), is they have three players who command a ton of attention, which frees up open players. Aside from the Clippers' star diversity, the Sixers lack the defensive studs necessary to throw off Harden's play-making abilities. I would tap the under on 2.5 TO for Harden.
Jusuf Nurkic OVER 3.5 Assists - The Phoenix Suns play the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday in an ESPN showdown. While Jusuf Nurkic won't do anything significant regarding scoring points, as the behemoth Nikola Jokic will likely guard him for most of the same, the Suns center's likeliness to rebound the ball only to dish to the perimeter is pretty high. The last time the Suns and Nuggets lined up against each other, Nurkic recorded six assists in the overtime victory over the defending NBA champions.
In Nurkic's last outing, he dished four assists against the San Antonio Spurs, with the next recent performance, against the Milwaukee Bucks, he recorded six assists. PrizePicks "demon" prop is Nurkic's 3.5 assists. I'm confident Nurkic will cover the over on 3.5 ASTS and boost your winnings.
Jonathan Kuminga OVER 0.5 Blocks - In the second game of a back-to-back sequence on Wednesday night, the Golden State Warriors face the second-best defense in the league, the Orlando Magic. While a win over such an opponent, in addition to Golden State's tough schedule, seems unlikely, I have one positive thing to say about its efforts. Jonathan Kuminga recorded a block in his past three outings. Since entering the starting lineup, Kuminga's efforts have aided in my PrizePicks prop bets.
As a young, athletic forward against a team with like-bodied players, I say Kuminga will fight fire with fire. Pound the over on 0.5 BLKS for Kuminga.
