We have the last two games of the NIT Regional Finals tonight. It makes for a small slate, but we have two excellent matchups despite all the teams that thought they were too good for this tournament. The joke is on them.
We get another game at Walsh Gymnasium, which is a treat in and of itself. UNLV is visiting for a trip to the NIT Final Four. The last slot will be decided in Salt Lake City with VCU heading to the mountains.
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 3/27/24, starting at 7:00 p.m. EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.
Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Deivon Smith, Utah ($8.8K)
Utah beats Iowa 91-82 and advance in the NIT.

Smith's poor game in the Pac-12 tournament is a distant memory. He rolled over UC Riverside and Iowa in the NIT with 98 DraftKings points in the two games. He notched a triple-double against Iowa en route to the NIT Elite Eight. VCU is a better defensive team than Iowa, but not by much. Smith's ceiling is huge again tonight.
Al-Amir Dawes, Seton Hall ($6.6K)
Dawes' stock tanked after a rough three games against Creighton, UConn, and Villanova. Two of those teams are still in the NCAA Tournament and Villanova's defense is notoriously nasty. I forgave him, mostly because I did not intend to use him in those matchups. Dawes has 82.75 DraftKings points in the first two games of the NIT and has been over 30 DraftKings points in four straight games since those three bad ones. He's trustworthy against UNLV tonight.
Justin Webster, UNLV ($4.7K)
Webster has filled in nicely for Luis Rodriguez, putting up 44 DraftKings points in the first two games of the NIT. The status of Rodriguez is still unknown as there is no official word on what is ailing him. Keep an eye on any UNLV beat writers if you plan on using Webster. The price is right if Rodgriguez is out again.
Also consider: Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($8.6K); Zeb Jackson, Virginia Commonwealth ($7.1K); Gabe Madsen, Utah ($6.9K); Dylan Addae-Wusu, Seton Hall ($6.1K); Hunter Erickson, Utah ($3.8K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Dre Davis, Seton Hall ($8.1K)
UNLV is a better defensive team than they get credit for, but we can't just ignore the numbers Seton Hall's big three are putting up so far in the NIT. Davis has at least 30 DraftKings points in all but the St John's game in the Big East tournament since Valentine's Day. Davis has been the most consistent force for the Pirates over the last six weeks. It won't be Davis's fault if the Hall gets bounced tonight.
Toibu Lawal, Virginia Commonwealth ($5.7K)
Lawal doesn't have a ton of upside, but he is a solid double-double threat off of the VCU bench. That's right...Lawal hasn't played more than 23 minutes since February 25. Only Dayton has held him under 15 DraftKings points since the first week of February. Lawal is a high-energy bench guy who puts up solid point totals. That's enough on a two-game slate.
Elijah Hutchins-Everett, Seton Hall ($3.2K)
Value is rough on this slate, but you'll need it if you're chasing the expensive pieces. Hutchins-Everett is risky, but he has seen solid minutes since starting a couple of games in early February due to injuries. He has played 32 minutes over the two NIT games, putting up 21.5 DraftKings points. He also put up a couple of solid games to close the season. Hutchins-Everett's ceiling is probably around 15 DraftKings points, but I'll take 5x value from a value play.
Also consider: Keylan Boone, UNLV ($8.5K); Kalib Boone, UNLV ($6.8K); Lawson Lovering, Utah ($5.3K)
