8 months agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Russell Westbrook (hand) underwent hand surgery back on March 4 and there was initial hope that he would return before the playoffs started. Head coach Tyronn Lue gave an update on Sunday and said Westbrook was "continuing to improve," but there was still no timetable for his return. The former MVP last played on March 1 before hurting his hand. Before that, he didn't miss a single game and since then, the Clippers have been an even 4-4 while he's watched from the sidelines. Westbrook most likely won't be back for the fantasy playoffs, but there's still a chance he's back before the NBA Playoffs kick off.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
