Adam Duvall Being Considered By Twins
11 months agoFree-agent outfielder Adam Duvall is being considered by the Minnesota Twins as they seek outfield help prior to the opening of spring training. The 35-year-old spent the 2023 season with the Boston Red Sox and hit .247 with 21 home runs, four stolen bases, and a healthy .834 OPS across 353 trips to the plate. Duvall came out of the gate red-hot a season ago, hitting .455 with four home runs, five doubles, a triple, and a 1.544 OPS in his first eight games before suffering a broken wrist that would cost him two full months. Nonetheless, it was still a very productive season despite contact issues still limiting him as he posted a hefty 31.2% K%, the third straight season in which he has struck out at a minimum of that 2023 rate.
