Cade Otton Likely To Regress Versus Lions
10 months agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton was the primary pass-catcher for this offense during last weekend's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Otton hauled in eight of his 11 targets for 89 yards in the win. Quarterback Baker Mayfield (ribs, ankle) was still somewhat immobile, so he leaned on the short routes to Otton. This gameplan of getting the ball out quick to Otton worked against the shaky Eagles defense. However, the Bucs are unlikely to have the same success against the Detroit Lions defense. Before this game, Otton had been held to two receptions or less in six straight games. DFS players shouldn't expect another eight-catch performance from Otton this weekend.
