As we dive deeper into the NFL playoffs, we're now dealing with a four-game DraftKings slate spread across Saturday and Sunday. The Divisional Round features some of the league's best DFS options, though it can become tougher to parse through decisions with such strong teams left in the postseason.
This week's DraftKings lineup recommendations are based on matchups, projected DK points and ownership, overall upside/talent levels, and opportunity, as well as factors such as Vegas odds, home-field advantage, and more. There are quite a few great plays available on DK for the Divisional Round slate.

Divisional DraftKings Quarterbacks - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Lamar Jackson - HOU at BAL ($7,900)
This slate has no shortage of terrific QB options, but my favorite spend-up is Lamar Jackson. The dynamic dual-threat appears well on his way to winning his second NFL MVP award thanks to his stellar play throughout the season. Jackson finished the regular season leading all QBs in rushing yards (821) while also averaging an impressive eight yards per pass attempt through the air.

He ended the season on a tear, throwing for over 300 yards -- and amassing over 35 DraftKings points -- in half of Baltimore's last four regular season games. Jackson should stay hot in the Divisional Round against the Texans in what sets up as a prime spot. Houston has struggled to slow down enemy QBs by every measure in 2023, relinquishing the league's fifth-most passing yards (4,619) and most rushing TDs (seven) to the position during the regular season. It also doesn't hurt that Jackson could get his favorite target, tight end Mark Andrews, back this week.
Brock Purdy - GB at SF ($6,500)
People can call Brock Purdy a "system" QB all they want. The bottom line is that the "system" is working pretty damn well. Purdy was a legitimate MVP contender in his second season as a pro and first year as the Niners' full-time starter. He was ruthlessly efficient in 2023, ending the season ranked first in the NFL in yards per pass attempt (9.6) while being the only QB in the league to throw for over both 4,000 yards and 30 TDs on fewer than 500 pass attempts.
While the Packers held Dak Prescott in check until garbage time of their Wild Card upset of Dallas, this Green Bay secondary is one of the weaker units remaining in the NFL playoffs. The Pack coughed up just over 4,200 passing yards and 24 passing TDs to opposing QBs this season.
Divisional DraftKings Running Backs - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Christian McCaffrey - GB at SF ($8,800)
There's no need to overthink this one. CMC has been the best player in the NFL this season and he possesses the highest combination of DFS floor/ceiling on this slate. His role in this Niners offense is consistently elite, as he closed the regular season averaging just over 21 touches per game.
He's likely to see a heavy workload in the Divisional Round against a Green Bay defense that allowed over 2,200 all-purpose yards to the RB position during the regular season. He'll be the most popular DFS play on the slate for a reason and should be locked into cash and single-entry lineups.
Isiah Pacheco - KC at BUF ($6,400)
The second-year back continues to carve out a significant role for himself in this Kansas City offense. In their Super Wild Card Weekend defeat of the Miami Dolphins, Pacheco sported a true workhorse role by toting the rock 24 times for 89 yards and a TD. He's now logged 15 or more carries in five of his last six healthy games.

Even with Patrick Mahomes under center, the Chiefs should continue to lean heavily on Pacheco in their upcoming Divisional Round clash with the Bills. Exhibiting run-funnel characteristics, Buffalo is relinquishing 4.40 yards per carry to opposing RBs, a mark that was the 10th-worst in the NFL in 2023.

Divisional DraftKings Wide Receivers - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Amon-Ra St. Brown - TB at DET ($8,200)
The Sun God has shone brightly in 2023. After reeling in 119 catches for 1,515 yards and 10 TDs during the regular season, St. Brown showed little signs of slowing down in the NFL playoffs. ARSB shredded the L.A. Rams secondary in the team's Wild Card win, bringing in seven of nine targets for 110 yards. He's now recorded 100 receiving yards and/or a TD in five straight games.
Amon-Ra St. Brown last five games:
7-110-0
7-144-1
6-90-1
12-106-1
7-112-1— Ian Hartitz (@Ihartitz) January 15, 2024
On the heels of his excellence last week, St. Brown draws yet another juicy matchup against a Bucs secondary that's been one of the NFL's weaker units in 2023. Tampa was one of just four teams in the league to allow over 3,000 receiving yards to opposing wideouts during the regular season, coughing up 14 TDs and 8.79 yards per target to the WR position.
Mike Evans - TB at DET ($7,200)
While Dan Campbell's Lions have impressed throughout 2023, their most prominent weakness is their extremely leaky secondary. Detroit allowed the league's third-most receiving yards (3,081) and receiving TDs (22) to the WR position during the regular season. They were torched by L.A.'s Puka Nacua for 181 yards and two TDs in last week's Wild Card round.
Though he was quiet in Tampa's win over the Eagles last week, Mike Evans remains very capable of exploiting this suspect Lions secondary. He finished the regular season with 1,255 receiving yards, while his 13 TDs were tied for the most in the NFL at the WR position. Evans is routinely targeted deep -- his 1,899 air yards were the third-highest in the NFL this season -- which raises his volatility but also allows him to break DFS slates with monster outings.
Divisional DraftKings Tight Ends - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Sam LaPorta - TB at DET ($5,900)
LaPorta battled through a hyperextended knee to log 45 of 56 offensive snaps and a 73.3% route run rate in Detroit's Wild Card win over the Rams. While his final stat line doesn't blow you away (3/14/1 on three targets), it's a nice reminder of just how strong the rookie tight end's DFS floor is every week.

— Rich Eisen Show (@RichEisenShow) January 17, 2024
Hopefully, LaPorta enters this Divisional clash against the Bucs one week closer to being fully healthy. It's a terrific spot. Tampa Bay was terrorized by opposing tight ends in 2023 and finished the regular season as one of only three teams to allow over 1,000 receiving yards to the TE position. True to form, the Bucs let Philly's Dallas Goedert get loose for four catches and a score in last week's Wild Card win over the Eagles. A healthy LaPorta should crush this matchup.
George Kittle - GB at SF ($5,200)
With so many offensive weapons, Niners tight end George Kittle's production can be volatile. However, the Iowa product possesses the sort of DFS upside that few TEs have. Kittle topped 20 DraftKings points on five occasions this season, which was more than any tight end in the NFL.
He draws a slam-dunk matchup against the Packers this weekend. Green Bay finished the regular season ranked 30th in the NFL in yards per target (8.10) allowed to the TE position, while also allowing the league's third-most receiving TDs (seven) to enemy tight ends.
