Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) is unlikely to face the Houston Texans in the AFC wild-card game on Saturday, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. It's bad news for Cleveland in a critical time of the season, but it looks like Riley Patterson will handle the kicking duties. Hopkins was excellent during the regular season, connecting on 33 of his 36 field-goal attempts. He went 8-for-8 on tries of 50-plus yards. Patterson went 15-for-17 for the Detroit Lions this season before being released and signed by the Browns. Hopkins missed the final two games of the regular season with his hamstring injury and also didn't take part in the first practice of the week on Tuesday.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made his lone field-goal attempt in a Week 17 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He will look to finish up what has been a tough season for him in a Week 18 road matchup against the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday. The Ravens have been decent against kickers this season, allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Neither Hopkins nor the Cleveland offense has done much to inspire confidence in fantasy this season, leaving him as a low-end option heading into Week 18.--Matt T - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made his lone field-goal attempt, a 25-yarder, in a 20-3 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 17. Hopkins was not given many chances to kick with the Browns offense struggling to move the ball against Miami as he only had the one field-goal opportunity in the second quarter. It has been a rough season for Hopkins as he has now made 17 of his 26 field goals on the year. He will take on the Baltimore Ravens in the season finale next week.--Matt T - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins is struggling through a tough season as he has made just 16 of his 25 field-goal attempts. He will hope to finish out the final two games of the season on a high note, starting with a Week 17 home matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have been generous to kickers this season, allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position. That being said, Hopkins' struggles paired with Cleveland's issues moving the ball on offense make him a low-end fantasy option heading into Week 17.--Matt T - RotoBaller

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins missed his lone extra-point attempt in a 24-6 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16. Hopkins has struggled with his accuracy this season, so much so that the Browns made him inactive in Week 15 to give him a week to clear his head. It apparently didn't work as Hopkins missed his third extra-point attempt of the season, to go along with just a 64% field-goal success rate on 25 attempts. Hopkins will not be a recommended fantasy option heading into Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins, assuming he is still the team's kicker.--Matt T - RotoBaller
