The Elite Studs

It is hard to see many drafts deviating away from this big three. I was happy to see my model land in agreement. I'd assume most will want to take Hovland over McIlroy, although I will stick with the Irishman.

What To Do If You Don't Land A Top Pick? 

There isn't a blueprint that must be followed in this range. Some people will prefer the youth upside of Aberg. Others may want the safety of Cantlay or Schauffele. I will go with Homa when push comes to shove, but my model did believe there was a noticeable shift in value past this point. A top-seven player will massively help you win your league.

Has Your Draft Fallen Apart In Round One?

None of these options make me feel super confident, but choices would have to be made between this group and the values right behind them.

Round Two Values That Are Worth Considering At The End Of Round One

Don't love the upside from 8-12? Almost every name here could generate first-round potential. I'd prefer pretty much the entire group in round two because of their volatility, but choices aren't always so cut-and-dry when push comes to shove.

Golfers I Prefer Later In Round Two

While my model is lower on Spieth than I likely would be if he somehow fell to the back end of round two, this entire group is better utilized around that two/three turn. An option like Adam Scott won't need to be taken this early, but it does show the potential for value down the road.

Rest Of My Top 60

To me, these are all picks that have to be taken in round three (or later).

I was impressed that some of the LIV golfers still managed to push the top 50. I can't imagine my model gets me to land many of them since the public will get LIV-happy at a certain point.

I do think this is where game-theory and strategy comes into play since Adam Scott will likely be available after these names. For that reason, I would push a golfer like him further to try and land the optimal build.
