The Cleveland Browns are locked into the fifth seed in the AFC playoff pictures as they enter the final week of the regular season. The Browns are 11-5 on the season and while they trail the Ravens by two games for the division lead, they've clinched the best record for a non-division winner for the conference.
With that in mind, the question comes up about whether the Browns might rest players for this week's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The team has already announced that Jeff Driskel will get the start at quarterback, but what about wide receiver Amari Cooper?

Amari Cooper Fantasy Football Outlook
The results of Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals will have no impact on playoff seeding for the Browns, so the team is going to play it safe and rest some of its key players.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski wouldn't say which players would be out aside from quarterback Joe Flacco, but it's safe to assume some of the team's most important players will be on the sidelines.
There aren't many players on the roster more important than wide receiver Amari Cooper, so fantasy managers should plan for Cooper to be rested. He has 72 catches for 1,250 yards and two touchdowns this season.
Should I Start Amari Cooper in Week 18?
While Amari Cooper hasn't officially been ruled out yet, it would be surprising to see him suit up in Week 18 with the Browns resting key players. For that reason, he should not be in your fantasy lineup.
If you're looking for a Browns player to target and don't mind the uncertainty provided by Jeff Driskel starting under center, fantasy managers could look to Elijah Moore if he plays, though it's possible he's rested as well. Rookie Cedric Tillman could play a larger role as well.
