It has been a rough injury year for Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones. Jones missed six games in the first 10 weeks with a nagging knee issue that he re-aggravated in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills. Now, the 28-year-old is dealing with a hamstring injury on top of the knee issue.
Jones suffered the hamstring injury in Week 15 against the Baltimore Ravens, while the knee issue has continued to bother him since Week 2. He has missed the past two contests because of both.
When will Jones return and be back? Will he return in Week 18? Let's dive in.

Zay Jones Injury Update
Jones continues to make positive strides in his recovery from the hamstring injury. Leading up to Week 17, Jones practiced in a limited fashion all week and was deemed questionable to play against the Carolina Panthers. Ultimately, the Jaguars held him out.
Now, heading into a must-win game in Week 18 against the Tennessee Titans, Jones is certainly trending in the right direction. Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said on Tuesday that the wideout will "potentially" get in more practice reps this week and play on Sunday.
With the Jaguars still playing for the AFC South division title, Jacksonville will likely do all it can to get its big wide receiver back on the field. Jones will at least practice in a limited fashion to start the week, but upgrading to full by the end of the week will be huge for his availability this weekend.
Zay Jones Fantasy Football Outlook
When healthy and on the field, Jones has produced a solid fantasy floor. In four of eight games this season, the 28-year-old has scored in double figures in PPR formats while continuing to see plenty of targets throughout the year.
Over the past three games played from Week 13 to Week 15, he has seen at least eight targets in every contest, including an impressive 14-target game in Week 14. In those games, Jones also caught five passes and averaged 10.5 PPR fantasy points during that stretch.
However, Jones will likely be limited if he suits up this weekend. Coming off a hamstring injury, the Jaguars might not play the wideout for the majority of the game and keep him on a snap count. That makes him a risky play in both daily fantasy sports (DFS) and Week 18 championships.
