The 2023 fantasy football season wraps up in Week 17 in most leagues, meaning start-or-sit decisions have never been more important. Making the correct choices can be the difference between losing and winning a championship.
This week, Najee Harris, K.J. Osborn, and Tyler Lockett are on the start 'em, sit 'em bubble. All three have upside but have not been consistent this year.
Should you start Harris, Osborn, or Lockett in Week 17? Let's dive in.

Should I Start Najee Harris for Fantasy Football?
Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris (knee) practiced in full on Friday and was removed from the team's injury report ahead of a road matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Steelers' offense played well with Mason Rudolph under center last week and Harris contributed to the victory with 78 rushing yards and a touchdown. He'll now face a vulnerable Seattle defense that has surrendered the seventh-most fantasy points to running backs this season.
Although Harris has not been involved as a pass-catcher in recent weeks, he is seeing plenty of work on the ground and could get opportunities near the goal line with Rudolph drawing another start. Fantasy managers should feel confident deploying Harris as a flex option this week.
Should I Start K.J. Osborn For Fantasy Football?
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver K.J. Osborn could find himself in a larger role in Week 17 with T.J. Hockenson (knee) sidelined and Jordan Addison (ankle) questionable for the team's matchup with the Packers. Osborn caught five of seven targets for 95 yards and a score last week against the Lions, but he will be catching passes from rookie quarterback Jaren Hall in this one as Nick Mullens heads to the bench.
Osborn will be at best a FLEX option in this one, but with Addison active, he will be an extremely risky player to slot into lineups during championship weekend.
Should I Start Tyler Lockett for Fantasy Football?
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett has not scored a touchdown since Week 10 but led the team in targets, receptions, and yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 16. In that contest, he caught 8 of his 11 targets for 81 yards, a nice rebound after his three-catch, 21-yard performance in the game before. Lockett's performances have been inconsistent this season but he seeing plenty of opportunities, averaging 7.5 targets per game and accounting for 33.1% of Seattle's air yards this season.
DK Metcalf (back) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which could put Lockett in line for another big day. The Steelers will be missing starting safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (knee), further benefitting Lockett's chances at a good return. In PPR leagues, Lockett will be a WR3 with upside in Week 17.
