Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore has been nothing short of spectacular for fantasy football when quarterback Justin Fields has been healthy and under center. In his first 10 games catching passes from Fields, he racked up 60 catches for 912 yards and eight touchdowns. Needless to say, he's become a must-start stud.
Unfortunately, Moore suffered an injury in Week 16 and was limited to just three receptions for 18 yards. Heading into the final week of the fantasy football season in most leagues, we have his latest injury update.
Is Moore playing against the Falcons in Week 17? What is his fantasy football outlook if he suits up? Let's dive in.

DJ Moore Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Moore (ankle) left the Bears' Week 16, 27-16 win over the Cardinals with an ankle injury but managed to return and finish the game. Despite the setback, the star receiver caught three of six targets for just 18 yards, marking a new season-low.
The Bears, leading throughout the game, heavily favored the run, and Moore's ankle injury significantly contributed to his lackluster day. The former Panther finished with just 4.8 PPR points, his lowest since Week 1 and only the third time this year he's had fewer than 10 points with Fields playing. Moore's status will be worth monitoring, but if he suits up, he'll aim to bounce back from this challenging outing.
DJ Moore Fantasy Football Outlook
Although the Atlanta Falcons have surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers, Moore has been virtually matchup-proof with Fields throwing him the ball. Matchup stats and data should always be considered in start-or-sit decisions, but it's smart to trust the stud players who got you to the championship game.
Prior to the Week 16 injury-riddled game, Moore saw at least nine targets in five straight contests. He's far-and-away the No. 1 wide receiver for Chicago and can turn a short pass into a long touchdown, so start him with confidence on Sunday.
