11 months agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel will square up against a tough Baltimore Ravens defense on Christmas night. Baltimore brings the second-ranked defense by yardage and the top defense by points into a possible Super Bowl preview in Santa Clara. It's not an easy matchup for Samuel, especially considering that Baltimore plays a high percentage of man coverage and Samuel has tended to do more damage against zone this year. However, any inclination to slap a fade tag on the dual-threat wideout should be balanced against the absolute tear he has been on. Samuel has been a touchdown machine lately, breaking the plane eight times in his last four games. In addition, it's likely that game flow works to Samuel's fantasy managers' advantage with the Ravens as likely as any opponent to force the 49ers to throw the ball.
