On the other side of this one is a Steelers squad that's fading fast. Pittsburgh has imploded with Kenny Pickett out of the lineup and comes into Week 16 the losers of three in a row. Pittsburgh will turn to third-string QB Mason Rudolph in an effort to find a spark this week.

This Week 16 matchup is a tale of two very different teams. After disappointing through their first 10 games, the Buffalo Bills have now won three of four and come into Week 16 off a 31-10 drubbing of the Dallas Cowboys.

Meanwhile, the Chargers will be in action for the first time since an abysmal 63-21 blowout resulted in the firing of head coach Brandon Staley and general manager Tom Telesco. L.A. will be without franchise QB Justin Herbert and star WR Keenan Allen in this one and are playing for pride at this point in what's been a hugely disappointing season for the organization.
