Jonathan Taylor To Take Part In Walkthrough
12 months agoIndianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen told reporters on Wednesday that running back Jonathan Taylor (thumb) is progressing well and will take part in the team's walkthrough practice like he's done the last few weeks. There remains optimism that Taylor will return to action in Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons, but he'll be evaluated on a daily basis. The 24-year-old had surgery on his thumb and has been absent the last three games. It would be good timing for the Colts backfield for Taylor to be able to return this weekend, as Zack Moss (shoulder) is dealing with an injury that could put him in jeopardy of playing against Atlanta. The Colts backfield is in flux at the moment, although it seems likely that one of Taylor or Moss will be active. If not, Indy would be down to Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson.
