Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis has shown flashes in his rookie campaign, including a four-touchdown debut and a Monday Night Football comeback victory over the Miami Dolphins. His rocket arm has made him an intriguing fantasy football signal-caller, at least in Superflex and two-QB leagues.
Unfortunately, he suffered an injury in the Week 15 loss to the Houston Texans, which could put his status in doubt for Week 16.

Will Levis Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Levis (ankle) is dealing with a high-ankle sprain, according to a source. It's still unknown whether the Titans will need him to sit out, and if so, for how long. High-ankle sprains can keep players out for up to three to five weeks, so Levis is definitely in danger of missing Week 16.
Head coach Mike Vrabel compared Levis' sprain to the two ankle sprains Ryan Tannehill dealt with last year. Tannehill initially missed two games in 2022 before eventually being shut down late in the season.
Fantasy managers who have been using the 24-year-old rookie in two-QB leagues should be looking for a replacement this week. If Levis misses any time, the Titans will choose between Tannehill and Malik Willis to start under center.
Will Levis Fantasy Football Outlook
If Levis suits up against Seattle on Sunday, he'll draw a favorable matchup. The Seahawks have surrendered the 11th-most fantasy points per game to signal-callers in 2023. However, the Titans' passing offense has only had a few boom weeks this season, and Levis has posted just one QB1 finish. He has been under 15 fantasy points in five of his eight starts. His ankle ailment could also limit his mobility, so he's off the fantasy radar in single-QB formats.
In two-QB or Superflex leagues, most fantasy managers don't have a ton of options, so he'll be in plenty of lineups if he can play. However, his floor could be single-digit fantasy points.
