Rudy Gobert, 11.0 Rebounds (LOWER)
Minnesota Timberwolves center Ruby Gobert will match up with superstar Joel Embiid on Wednesday. Despite averaging over 12 rebounds per game this season, Gobert has alternated between over and under 10 rebounds for the last five games. Facing off against the Sixers' big man, who is also averaging nearly 12 rebounds per game, will make Gobert's life difficult on the glass. I expect the Wolves' big man to be under 11 rebounds when the clock runs out.
Michael Porter Jr., 7.5 Rebounds + Assists (LOWER)
Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. will take on the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. Porter Jr. is infamous for not swinging the rock, backed up by his season average of 1.5 assists per game. Every shot is a good shot for the Nuggets forward, so he'll take it whenever he has the chance. Porter Jr. has been under eight rebounds and assists in three of the last four games so I'll bet on that trend continuing.
Dennis Schroder, 8.5 Rebounds + Assists (LOWER)
Toronto Raptors guard Dennis Schroder was averaging nearly 10 assists per game to begin the season, which would have blown his career high out of the water, but he has since come back down to Earth. With his assists per game down to 6.8, Schroder has been under nine rebounds and assists in three of his last five contests. With the Nuggets ranking fourth in rebounds and 11th in defensive rating, it may be challenging for Schroder to accumulate stats today.
Lauri Markkanen, 21.5 Points (HIGHER)
It's a points parade on Wednesday, and we'll climb the ladder starting with Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen. Markkanen is the offensive engine for this Jazz team, averaging over 23 points per game this season. The Jazz will take on the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday. Both teams score around 112 points per game this season, so this matchup could be a shootout. Add the benefit of knocking down more than three three-pointers per game, and Markkanen could easily score over 21 points.
Tyler Herro, 22.5 Points (HIGHER)
Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro returned to the lineup on Monday against the Minnesota Timberwolves. After missing 18 games, the Heat star did not miss a beat, scoring 25 points in the Heat loss. The Heat take on the Orlando Magic today without superstar Jimmy Butler in the lineup. Herro will be asked to carry the offensive load again and is more than capable of scoring when needed.
Terry Rozier, 23.5 Points (HIGHER)
Charlotte Hornets guard Terry Rozier will be facing the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. The Pacers rank first in points per game, averaging 126.7 points. The Hornets will have to score often to stay in the game, and Rozier is the driving force of the offense with LaMelo Ball still out. Expect Rozier to fill the box score against a Pacers team that is bottom-three in the league in defensive rating.
