Howdy RotoBallers! Week 16 has arrived, which means it's the final four of the fantasy playoffs. Finding those edges and streaming the proper defense could be the difference between winning or losing your league matchup. Ask any fantasy managers who streamed the Raiders DST in Week 15. The Raiders DST's monster performance could have catapulted many fantasy teams to victory. We are here to help you find that right streamer and help you advance to the fantasy championship with our NFL team's Week 16 fantasy football defense (D/ST) rankings.
The Broncos DST draws a favorable matchup at home against one of the bottom offenses in the league, the New England Patriots. New England has scored just 20-plus points once in six of the last seven games. Buffalo's defense is ranked No. 1 in the latest RotoBaller DST rankings with a plus matchup against the Chargers. Los Angeles recently fired head coach Brandon Staley after being blown out by the Raiders 63-21 last Thursday. The Chargers' offense is reeling after losing star quarterback Justin Herbert (finger), and the Bills allowed just 10 points to a high-octane Cowboys offense in Week 15. Below, you will see where the Bills, Broncos, and other vital defenses, such as the Bears, Packers, and Eagles, rank this week.
Our Week 16 defense (DST) fantasy football rankings are put together by Nick Mariano. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news.

Seattle Seahawks DST
Week 16 Defense Rank: 15
The Seattle Seahawks defense held the Philadelphia Eagles to 17 points in their shocking win on Monday night of Week 15. Safety Julian Love recorded two interceptions in the game, but from a fantasy perspective, the unit's performance was otherwise unremarkable. In Week 16, they are a potential streamer against the Tennessee Titans. In their last three games, Tennessee has allowed 14 sacks, two interceptions, and four fumbles, and each of their opponents in that span finished the week as a top-8 option.
Titans quarterback Will Levis (ankle) has a questionable tag for Sunday's matchup, meaning it could be former starter Ryan Tannehill reclaiming his role against Seattle. Seattle should be able to force enough sacks and turnovers to make them a worthwhile stream in a favorable matchup in Week 16.
Buffalo Bills DST
Week 16 Defense Rank: 1
The Buffalo Bills defense stands out as one of fantasy's best bets during the semifinal round of the playoffs. The Bills draw a favorable matchup in the form of inexperienced 2019 fifth-round pick quarterback Easton Stick on Saturday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Note that the hits to Buffalo's D have come early and often this season; they will be without significant contributors Micah Hyde (neck), DaQuan Jones (pectoral), Jordan Phillips (wrist), Tre'Davious White (Achilles), and Matt Milano (leg) in Week 16.
Checking in as considerable 12.5-point favorites, however, should keep fantasy managers out of being deterred from starting head coach Sean McDermott's defensive unit in this one. Though their upside isn't what it would be if they were healthier, treat the Bills D/ST as a confident play against a squad without starting signal-caller Justin Herbert (finger) as well as top two wide receivers Keenan Allen (heel) and Mike Williams (knee).
Green Bay Packers DST
Week 16 Defense Rank: 7
The Green Bay Packers defense will travel to Carolina to take on the Panthers in Week 16. The Packer's defense has struggled the past two weeks, giving up an average of 29 points per game. However, they tallied five sacks last week and face a Panthers offense that ranks 29th in total points scored this season. Carolina has scored fewer than 20 points in all but three games this year and has scored more than that since Week 6 against Miami.
If Green Bay can generate pressure like last week and steal the ball once or twice, they could easily finish as one of the top defenses of the week. The Packers are a top-tier streaming option for those in need in Week 16
