A.J. Brown Does Little With 10 Targets
11 months agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught five of 10 targets for 56 yards during the team's 17-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The 26-year-old was bottled up all night against the Seattle secondary and could do little after the catch. After three weeks of double-digit fantasy outings in Half-PRR formats, Brown finished below 10 points for the first time since Week 11. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was clearly feeling the effects of his illness, but it is no excuse for a poor performance against a Seattle secondary that has allowed plenty of big fantasy performances to opposing wide receivers, especially with double-digit targets. Brown will remain a WR1 option next week when the Eagles take on the New York Giants.
