Isiah Pacheco Expected To Play In Week 16
11 months agoKansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) is expected to return to the lineup and face the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 16. Pacheco missed each of the last two games with a shoulder injury, propelling Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon into elevated roles. Head coach Andy Reid said Pacheco should be back for Monday's Christmas Day game in Kansas City. He'll be good to go this week unless there's further setback,'' Reid said. "Right now, everything's positive for him to go and he really had a clearance last week from the fellow that did the surgery to go, so it was just a matter of being [cautious] on it." The Raiders have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to running backs this year, so despite the injury concerns, Pacheco sets up to be a must-start in the second round of the fantasy football playoffs.
