11 months agoArizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado ran for 64 yards and a touchdown on four carries in the team's 45-29 Week 15 loss to San Francisco. As the primary backup behind James Conner, Demercado made his presence known. He ripped off a long 49-yard TD run in the fourth quarter during garbage time to help get his team back in the game. Even though it was too little too late, Demercado has made a case for more playing time and should currently be considered ahead of teammate Michael Carter for the second RB spot on the depth chart. Demercado and the rest of the Arizona offense will take on the Chicago Bears in Week 16.--Kevin Campbell - RotoBaller
