Updated Week 15 Quarterback Rankings for Fantasy Football: Matthew Stafford, Joe Flacco, Will Levis, Case Keenum, Tommy DeVito

Will Levis - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Updated Week 15 fantasy football quarterback rankings. Set winning lineups with our updated Week 15 quarterback ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to more fantasy football rankings. It's the fantasy playoffs. The list of injured quarterbacks keeps growing in 2023. The Texans will be without star rookie quarterback C.J. StroudCase Keenum will draw the start for the injured Stroud. We are here to help guide you through the quarterback injuries with our fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 15 of the fantasy football season.

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has the most favorable matchup on Sunday against the Washington Commanders. Washington ranks 32nd in DVOA against the pass, making Stafford a must-start this week. Joe Flacco will look to continue his renaissance after throwing for 300-plus yards and three touchdowns against the Jaguars in Week 14. Here's where Stafford, Flacco, and other vital quarterbacks such as Geno SmithWill LevisTommy Devito, Case Keenum, and Kyler Murray rank this week.

Our fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 15 are put together by Nick Mariano. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 15 Quarterback Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks or injury news for key quarterbacks in Week 15, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Tommy Devito, QB, New York Giants
Week 15 Quarterback Rankings: 24

New York Giants quarterback Tommy Devito is starting to figure out the NFL game. Picking up his third win in four starts, the undrafted rookie used his legs to defeat the Green Bay Packers in Week 14 with 71 rushing yards on 10 attempts. If he continues to run like that against the Saints, fantasy managers will have a strong baseline for fantasy points.

Unfortunately, his numbers in the passing game have been about what you'd expect from an undrafted rookie quarterback. He's topped 200 yards just once this season and hasn't scored multiple touchdowns since Week 11. Fantasy managers in 2QB or Superflex formats can get away with starting DeVito, but he should be left on the waiver wire in any other format.

Case Keenum, QB, Houston Texans
Week 15 Quarterback Rankings: 24

The Houston Texans are expected to start veteran quarterback Case Keenum over Davis Mills in Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans with rookie C.J. Stroud (concussion) set to miss his first game this Sunday, according to sources. Keenum, 35, has more NFL experience than Mills (78 total games and 64 starts), but Keenum also hasn't started a game since 2021 with the Cleveland Browns and hasn't been active at all in 2023.

He's gone 29-35 all-time as a starter in the NFL, throwing for 14,884 career yards, 78 touchdowns, and 48 interceptions over 10 seasons. Keenum may have more experience than Mills, but he's going to have to shake off some rust in order to get Houston's passing game going, and he could be without top wideout Nico Collins (calf). At best, Keenum will be a desperation low-end QB2 in superflex leagues on Sunday.

Will Levis, QB, Tennessee Titans
Week 15 Quarterback Rankings: 21

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (ankle) was a full practice participant on Thursday. Levis popped up as a limited participant for Wednesday's session due to an ankle injury, but his return to full activity puts him confidently on track to play in Week 15 against the division-rival Houston Texans. The first-year signal-caller helped orchestrate Monday night's improbable 28-27 triumph over the Miami Dolphins, throwing for a career-high 327 yards in the win.

Look for Levis to enter play without an injury designation when those become available on Friday. Against a Texans team that was just torched by Zach Wilson and now allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs this year, Levis is an adequate streaming option in two-QB/superflex formats on Sunday.
