12 months agoToronto Maple Leafs left wing Matthew Knies (illness) is ready to return to the lineup on Saturday against Pittsburgh. The talented winger has missed a pair of games this week due to an illness but has said that he expects to play against the Penguins. Knies skated with Auston Matthews and William Nylander on the first line during the morning skate. He's struggled lately, logging only one point in six outings, but it should be only a matter of time before he finds his feet if he sticks to Toronto's two top scorers on the first line.
