11 months agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner has only once finished higher than RB27 in weekly scoring since his return in Week 10. While Conner himself has played relatively well, the issue has been both volume and pass-game involvement, as the Cardinals have attempted to use more of their other offensive weapons with quarterback Kyler Murray under center. Additionally, in Week 15 Conner has the misfortune of going up against the top-rated rush defense in the league with the San Francisco 49ers. San Francisco hasn't allowed a 100-yard rusher and has yet to allow two scores to an opposing back in a game this season. They've also allowed the second-fewest rushing yards on a per-game basis. That does not bode well for Conner's success. The brutal matchup combined with his decreasing passing game usage makes Conner no more than a Week 15 RB3.--Kevin Campbell - RotoBaller
