Bradley Beal Won't Return On Friday Night
12 months agoPhoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (ankle) won't return to Friday's meeting with the Knicks. Beal, Kevin Durant, and Devin Booker were playing in only their second game as a trio this season. Unfortunately, the former Wizard came down on Donte DiVincenzo's heel during a shot attempt and suffered a right ankle sprain, ending his night after just five minutes of work. It's too early to speculate if Beal will miss time. But considering how gingerly he walked off the floor, fantasy managers likely won't see him out there on Sunday against the Washington Wizards. If that's the case, Eric Gordon (leg), assuming he's back, would likely slide into the starting lineup. But if Gordon misses another game, Chimezie Metu may roll with the first five.
