ANALYSIS: The electric rookie continues to make the most of his limited touches. Unfortunately, the key word in the previous sentence is "limited". Mitchell has yet to log double-digits carries in a game in his young NFL career and was on the field for just 33% of Baltimore's offensive snaps in last week's win over the Rams.

The Ravens reluctance to fully utilize Mitchell makes him a true boom-or-bust option for fantasy managers. We know the big-play potential is there -- he's averaging over eight yards per carry and over 10 yards per reception -- but the rookie will likely have to be hyper-efficient on limited opportunities to payoff in a big way.
He draws a tough Week 15 matchup against a Jaguars front that's ranked second in the NFL in Run Defense DVOA and holding opponents to just 92.2 rushing yards per game this season. Mitchell's limited usage and less-than-desirable matchup against Jacksonville drops him into RB3 territory this week, though he does bring upside to the table for the fantasy playoffs.
