Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell started off the season with a boom. He went for 119 yards on six catches in Week 1.
Since then, Atwell has come back down to earth. He hasn't produced another 100-yard game. But he still had some starter-quality performances. As recently as Week 12, he caught three passes for 76 yards.
Unfortunately, Atwell's health is a concern going into Week 15. Is Tutu Atwell healthy or injured? Will Atwell play in Week 15?

Tutu Atwell Injury Update for Fantasy Football - December 15
Tutu Atwell (concussion) participated in practice in a limited function on Thursday. That comes after he did not participate in Wednesday's jog-through practice. Atwell remains in concussion protocol, and the protocol has many steps. The injury report does not indicate exactly how Atwell has progressed, but he will likely need to log a full practice on Friday in order to play against the Commanders in Week 15.
Atwell remained on the turf for a long time after he got hit while going for a pass along the sideline against the Ravens last week. Let's all hope he's okay for his sake.
Tutu Atwell Fantasy Football Outlook
Atwell is the third-leading receiving option on the Rams, behind Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, and just ahead of tight end Tyler Higbee. Atwell's stretch of big-time production early this season came mostly when Kupp was out.
Now that Kupp is back, Puka hasn't been getting the same share of targets. Since Week 5, Atwell has only been targeted more than three times in two games.
Atwell is most effective as a deep threat and a speedster. He was clocked at 4.39 seconds in the 40-yard dash on his pro day when he entered the draft. Over 60% of his targets have come on passes of 10 yards or deeper. He is averaging over 14 yards per reception, and that average has increased ever since Kupp returned to the field.
Tutu Atwell has carved out a role for himself in his third year in the NFL. After a disappointing rookie season in 2021 that included a season-ending injury and usage confined almost entirely to special teams, it is good to see him making regular contributions on offense. It's just not enough for a 12-team fantasy league.
