Is Dalton Kincaid Injured or Healthy? Fantasy Football Injury Update

Dalton Kincaid - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Is Dalton Kincaid injured or healthy? Is Dalton Kincaid playing in Week 15? Read the latest Dalton Kincaid fantasy football injury updates and outlook.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid has had an impressive first season so far. Through 12 games, the rookie has 61 catches for 495 yards and two touchdowns. Kincaid also continues to be a part of the Bills' offense, seeing at least six targets in seven straight games.

Last week, Kincaid brought in five catches for 21 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs. But the rookie got banged up in the Bills' win in Week 14.

Is Kincaid injured or healthy? Will he play in Week 15? Let's dive in.

Dalton Kincaid Injury Update for Fantasy Football

Kincaid injured his shoulder in the Bills' win last week and went immediately to the X-ray room following the game. The good news, though, is that everything checked out on the rookie's shoulder, and Buffalo declared him as day-to-day.

On top of that shoulder injury, Kincaid appears to be dealing with a thumb issue as well. But that hasn't held him back too much to begin the practice week. The 24-year-old tight end logged limited practices in Wednesday's walkthrough and on Thursday, which is a good sign for his availability this weekend.

Kincaid will have one more practice to upgrade his status before Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. For the rookie to enter that contest without an injury designation, he will likely need to practice in full on Friday.

Dalton Kincaid Fantasy Football Outlook

Kincaid has been a strong fantasy start over the past seven games, and that shouldn't change in Week 15 against the Dallas Cowboys. Despite finishing as the TE23 with just 7.1 PPR fantasy points last week, he is almost a must-start this weekend in a game that should be high-scoring.

The Cowboys and Bills game has the highest over/under (50.5) this week, which benefits every offensive player in this game. Even though Dallas has done a good job at defending tight ends this season, Kincaid should see enough volume to still be start-worthy.

The Bills will have to match the Cowboys' offense on Sunday. As a result, the rookie tight end could see more opportunities in the passing game. Kincaid had a 78% snap share last week (his most since Week 9), and assuming he's healthy heading into Week 15, he should be on the field a ton again.
