ANALYSIS: The Chargers sneak into our top-12 with a matchup against the slumping Raiders, a team that has not scored a single point since a third-quarter field goal in Week 12. They did have a bye in Week 13, but the point stands that this is a struggling offense that will be forced to contend with NFL sack leader Khalil Mack in Week 15.

The Chargers have had a tough DST schedule this season, with only six games considered positive matchups. In those six games, they have averaged 12.3 fantasy PPG, including 14 points the last time they played the Raiders. Rookie Vegas QB Aidan O'Connell has struggled mightily and could well be replaced by Jimmy Garoppolo at any time. Star Raiders back Josh Jacobs is also ailing ahead of this Thursday night matchup. Bottom line, the Bolts should be able to pin their ears back and attack in this one.
