Korean free-agent outfielder Jung Hoo Lee agreed to a six-year, $113 million deal with the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday. The contract includes an opt-out clause after the first four years. The 25-year-old should immediately be inserted as San Francisco's regular center fielder. The left-handed-hitting outfielder hit over .300 in every season in the Korea Baseball Organization and has a lifetime batting average of .340, including a career-best .360 in 2021. Lee's 2023 season was cut short due to a fractured left ankle, and he finished with a .318/.406/.455 slash line with six homers and 45 RBI. He isn't a big power guy, but his elite contact ability should make him an immediate asset in fantasy leagues next year, especially for runs, a useful average and on-base percentage.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
