Jalen Brunson Iffy To Play Against Raptors
12 months agoNew York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson (ankle) is suffering from a left ankle sprain and has been tagged as questionable for Monday's game against the Toronto Raptors. As the leader of the offense, losing Brunson for any amount of time is a big blow to the Knicks. He's having a great season so far as he averages 24.8 points, 5.5 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game. If he has to miss his first game of the year, it's unclear whether Immanuel Quickley or Josh Hart would move into the starting five, but they both should see added minutes either way. Quentin Grimes may also see an uptick in opportunities in that scenario.
