Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has played his best football of the season over the last three weeks, but he's now dealing with a significant injury that could hold him out of Week 14 action.
The former No. 1 overall pick was banged up last week and did not return for the team's overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Fantasy managers have been rewarded for starting him lately, so we have an update on his status.
Will he play in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns? Let's take a look.

Is Trevor Lawrence Playing in Week 14?
The Jaguars are planning for Lawrence (ankle) to play versus the Cleveland Browns in Week 14, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Listed as questionable, it looks like he'll draw another start just six days after suffering a high-ankle sprain.
With that said, the Jaguars "need to work out the franchise quarterback in pregame warmups before making a final decision," according to Schefter, so while he's trending in the right direction, nothing is official. Given that a high-ankle sprain is a multi-week injury, one would imagine that Lawrence's mobility and re-injury risk will be impacted on Sunday.
Trevor Lawrence Fantasy Football Outlook
If Lawrence suits up, he's in a tough spot for fantasy football production. The Cleveland defense has surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this year, and having limited mobility in a matchup with Myles Garrett is terrifying.
Although Lawrence has averaged over 25 fantasy points per game in his last three contests, he has virtually no floor in Week 14 given the matchup and injury concerns. Christian Kirk has operated as the team's No. 1 wide receiver in each of the last two seasons, but he was placed on Injured Reserve with a core muscle injury this week. That's just one more thing working against Lawrence.
If you have decent pivot options, Lawrence is probably worth sitting in 12-team leagues.
