ANALYSIS: It's pretty tough to know what to think about the New York Jets passing attack. The quarterback position is a mystery at this point, with rumors that Zach Wilson doesn't even want to start for the team.
In terms of wide receivers, the team's got Garrett Wilson as the No. 1 wideout, but the No. 2 role has been up for grabs because no one has really stood out.
Enter Xavier Gipson, one of the biggest surprises right now. Gipson was targeted six times, catching five passes for 77 yards. His previous high in terms of yardage was 32 yards back in Week 9.
I'll be real here – I don't know what to think about this performance. He looks like the No. 2 receiver for the Jets, but the New York passing attack has really struggled. Maybe the team will start Trevor Siemian at QB against the Texans, something that could theoretically be good for the Jets' passing offense.
Still, his current role makes him worth grabbing in deep leagues. His role should continue to grow since the Jets lack another clear No. 2 option to compete with Gipson for snaps and targets.
