1 year agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Kyle Philips is the odd man out as a healthy scratch for Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts with Treylon Burks returning from his concussion on Sunday. It's a bit of a surprise that Philips is the one who gets the short end of the stick in the receiver room with Burks returning to the picture. The 24-year-old missed the first four games of the year and has produced 13 catches on 19 targets for 166 yards and no touchdowns in the seven contests that he has played in. However, he did have only one reception for minus-three yards in last week's win over the Carolina Panthers. Philips will be unavailable this weekend but will be hoping to play in Week 14 against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
