Chris Godwin Injury Update
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (neck) is expected to play in Sunday's NFC South clash with the Carolina Panthers. However, that could change if things don't go well during pre-game warmups. Godwin, currently listed as questionable for Week 13, practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday. But he missed Friday's session, casting doubt on his availability.
Buccaneers’ WR Chris Godwin, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a neck injury, is likely to play vs. the Panthers but the team needs to make sure he feels OK in pre-game warmups first, per source.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) December 3, 2023
Nevertheless, the 27-year-old has struggled during the 2023-24 campaign, catching just 53 passes for 606 yards. Even worse, he's only found the end zone once. Yet, Godwin has a favorable matchup against arguably the league's worst team, making him a starting fantasy option in nearly every format imaginable. That said, if he suffers a setback and ultimately gets ruled out, rookie wide receiver Trey Palmer would be in line for more targets.
Keenan Allen Injury Update
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (quadriceps) is expected to play in Sunday's game versus the Patriots. Fantasy managers were concerned about his availability for Week 13, considering he missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday before logging a limited session on Friday.
#Chargers WR Keenan Allen (quadricep) is listed as questionable and is expected to play, source said. Some good news for LAC.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 3, 2023
But it appears the 34-year-old will shed his questionable tag and be out there for this one. Allen has been one of the league's top receivers this season, totaling 97 receptions for 1,117 yards and seven touchdowns, doing so despite battling various injuries throughout the 2023-24 campaign.
Without question, he's a must-start against a Pats defense that has struggled to keep opposing wideouts in check this season. Unfortunately, for those needing a streaming option in Week 13, his presence should mean fewer targets for Quentin Johnston, Jalen Guyton, and Gerald Everett.
Chris Olave Injury Update
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (head) is expected to be on the field for the Week 13 meeting with the Lions. The 23-year-old had seven catches (nine targets) for 114 yards versus the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. Unfortunately, fantasy managers expecting even more production from Olave saw him get ruled out with a concussion. That being said, the former Buckeye should be in all fantasy lineups, assuming he gets the official green light.
#Saints WR Chris Olave, listed as questionable going through concussion protocol, is expected to play today vs. the #Lions, per me and @RapSheet.
Meanwhile, DE Cameron Jordan -- who didn't practice all week because of an ankle injury -- is a game-time decision and has a shot.

Trey McBride and Marquise Brown Injury Updates
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride (groin) is likely good to go for Sunday's game versus the Steelers. He missed practice on Wednesday before logging limited sessions on Thursday and Friday, earning him a questionable tag for Week 13.
#AZCardinals WR Marquise "Hollywood" Brown (heel) and TE Trey McBride (groin) both are listed as questionable and both are expected to play, source said.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 3, 2023
But it appears Kyler Murray will have two of his top receiving options, with Marquise Brown (heel) also expected to be on the field. McBride has been more involved of late, catching 33 of his 44 targets for 351 yards and a touchdown in his last five games, giving him credibility for all fantasy lineups.
Tank Dell Injury Update
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (calf) is currently listed as questionable for the Week 13 matchup against the Denver Broncos. Despite that, Dell is expected to play this week, which is great news for the Texans offense.
#Texans WR Tank Dell, listed as questionable with a calf injury, is expected to go today, source said. Coach DeMeco Ryans was confident all week he would.
In addition, WR Noah Brown, who hasn't played since early November because of a knee issue, is also expected to go.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 3, 2023
Head coach DeMeco Ryans has expressed confidence that Dell will be able to suit up for this game. The rookie wideout could be in for a big game with tight end Dalton Schultz (hamstring) already ruled out. If active, Dell should be considered a low-end WR1 for this game.
Breece Hall Injury Update
New York Jets running back Breece Hall (hamstring) is expected to be active for Week 13 versus the Atlanta Falcons, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Hall had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday.
The #Jets are expected to have both RB Breece Hall (hamstring) and RB Dalvin Cook (shoulder) today against the #Falcons, sources say.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 3, 2023
The second-year standout is the clear No. 1 running back in New York but has suffered from the Jets' extremely poor offensive play. He has fewer than 30 rushing yards in each of his last three games, though he does 15 catches over that span. Hall's fantasy value could be salvaged by catching a large amount of check-downs from Tim Boyle on Sunday. He's a mid-to-high RB2 this week.
Jerick McKinnon Injury Update
Kansas City Chiefs running back Jerick McKinnon (groin) has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers. This news comes as a bit of a surprise as head coach Andy Reid told reporters on Friday that he expected McKinnon to play on Sunday night. Running back Deneric Prince has been elevated to the active roster to provide some more depth in the backfield as a result.
Chiefs ruled out RB Jerick McKinnon for Sunday night’s game at Green Bay due to his groin injury and elevated RB Deneric Prince from the practice squad.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) December 2, 2023
McKinnon has had a quiet season thus far, totaling 30 rushing yards and 155 receiving yards to go along with three touchdowns in 10 games. McKinnon got off to a similar slow start in 2022 before erupting down the stretch to finish the year. The Chiefs will be cautious with the veteran running back to keep him healthy for the stretch run.
Ezekiel Elliott Injury Update
New England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott (thigh) is expected to play versus the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday despite being listed as questionable. The veteran was limited in practice all week long but appears to be trending in the right direction ahead of kickoff.
#Patriots RB Ezekiel Elliott, listed as questionable with a thigh injury, is expected to face the #Chargers today, source said.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 3, 2023
As the Patriots' passing offense continues to falter, the ground game has become more involved. Even as the clear backup to Rhamondre Stevenson, Elliott has 140 scrimmage yards over his last two games. He's a high-end fantasy RB4 who could warrant FLEX consideration in some circumstances.
Aaron Jones Injury Update
Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. Jones suffered a sprained MCL in Week 11 and will now sit out his second straight game after not practicing at all this week.
#Packers coach Matt LaFleur tells reporters that RB Aaron Jones (knee sprain) won't play again this week. He hasn't practiced since his injury.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) December 1, 2023
Given the fact that Jones has yet to practice since injuring his knee, he won't be a lock to return in Week 14 on Monday night against the New York Giants, either. AJ Dillon dominated touches in Green Bay's backfield in the Thanksgiving win over the Detroit Lions and will likely do so again this Sunday against the Chiefs, albeit in a tough matchup. Patrick Taylor will once again serve as Dillon's primary backup in Week 13. Dillon will have volume-based RB2 upside in fantasy lineups.
De'Von Achane Injury Update
Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said that rookie running back De'Von Achane (knee) is playing in Week 13 against the Washington Commanders. Achane returned from Injured Reserve in Week 11, but it didn't take long for him to aggravate his knee injury.
The explosive 22-year-old then was held out of last Friday's win over the New York Jets. Achane will only end up being held out for one game, although fantasy managers shouldn't get too excited about his return this weekend.
starting De’Von Achane in about every league I have him because fantasy football is supposed to be fun
watching someone like, I don’t know…AJ Dillon play is not fun
— kev mahserejian (@RotoSurgeon) December 1, 2023
The Dolphins are likely to ease the rookie back into their backfield alongside lead back Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr., who saw a season-high 14 touches in Week 12. Achane's upside is undeniable, but he's likely going to be a risky boom-or-bust fantasy option in his return this Sunday.
