BALLER MOVE: Start In Eight-Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy enters Week 13 on a five-game run of games in which the second-year QB has completed at least 70% of his pass attempts. The Niners have built an offense that gets Purdy some easy throws and he's responded with a strong sophomore campaign.
Last week against the Seahawks, Purdy was 21-for-30 for 209 yards with a touchdown and an interception. In the two games before that, he threw six touchdown passes.
This week, Purdy gets a matchup with an Eagles defense that's actually allowed a good number of passing yards this season. Opposing offenses have thrown for 255.7 yards per game against the Eagles, the fourth-most allowed by any team in the NFL this season.
Considering how Purdy's looked recently, this could be a great spot for him. Fantasy managers should consider him a solid QB1 this week. He's below the elite names like Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes, but if you don't have a top-five play on your fantasy roster, Purdy might be the most appealing out of that next tier of players like Trevor Lawrence and Justin Herbert.
