12 months agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (illness) was not able to participate in the team's shootaround earlier on Friday and his status is in doubt against the Boston Celtics. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, he did travel with the team and his status for the game will be decided closer to tipoff. Since this is turning into a true game-time decision, fantasy managers will want to have a backup plan ready. Marcus Morris Sr. and Paul Reed would be the two to take over the minutes at center again if the reigning MVP can't play.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
