Hey, RotoBallers! Welcome back for more fantasy football rankings. Week 13 will be challenging to find a second quarterback with six teams on the bye. The Raiders, Ravens, Bills, Giants, Vikings, and Bears are off this week. We have been with you all season long and are here to guide you with our NFL team's Week 13 fantasy football superflex rankings (2QB) for fantasy football. For those unfamiliar with superflex leagues, it's a format that allows you to start two quarterbacks but does not require you.
On top of having to deal with bye weeks, there will be changes to some team's quarterbacks. The Browns could be starting veteran Joe Flacco if Dorian Thompson-Robinson is unavailable in Sunday's matchup versus the Rams. In contrast, New England will likely start Bailey Zappe over Mac Jones against the Chargers. As always, we broke it down for you. Here's where key fantasy options such as Jordan Love, Sam Howell, Gardner Minshew, Geno Smith, Zach Charbonnet, Tony Pollard, Brandin Cooks, Nico Collins, Tank Dell, and Pat Freiermuth rank in Week 13.
Our fantasy football superflex rankings for Week 13 are put together by FSWA Hall Of Famer Scott Engel. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 13 Superflex Rankings Analysis
A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks or the latest injury news for key options in Week 13, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.
Geno Smith, QB, Seattle Seahawks
Week 13 Superflex Rankings: 38
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith struggled in Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers. In the Thanksgiving night loss, Smith went 18-for-27 for 180 yards, making it the fourth time he has been held to less than 200 passing yards this season. The job won't be any easier in Week 13, as the Seahawks take on the Dallas Cowboys in another Thursday night game.
The Cowboys have allowed the second-fewest passing yards this season and rank fourth in points allowed. The Cowboys' defensive line leads the league in generating pressure, which does not bode well for Smith, who has been shaky behind a patchwork offensive line all season. Smith should be a QB2 in Week 13, though his tough matchup takes away upside he might otherwise carry throwing to DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.
Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys
Week 13 Superflex Rankings: 4
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been on an elite roll since the team's bye week and will look to keep that going in a Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks. Prescott has been a top-three fantasy quarterback in five of his past six games, and while the Seahawks defense has been above average at limiting opposing quarterbacks, they're unlikely to be able to do much to stop this Cowboys train that's on an absolute tear. Start Prescott confidently as a QB1 on Thursday Night Football.
Will Levis, QB, Tennessee Titans
Week 13 Superflex Rankings: 52
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (ankle) was limited in the team's practice on Wednesday. Levis appeared to pick up an ankle injury in the Titans' 17-10 win over the Carolina Panthers in Week 12, which caused him to practice in a limited fashion to begin the week. However, the practice designation on Wednesday is a good sign for the rookie's availability on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
Levis has struggled over the past four weeks, totaling just two touchdowns and two interceptions during that span. But with six teams on bye in Week 13, he could be leaned upon in two-quarterback leagues or Superflex formats this weekend.
Zach Charbonnet, RB, Seattle Seahawks
Week 13 Superflex Rankings: 81
Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet drew his first career start in Week 12 with Kenneth Walker III (oblique) inactive due to injury. The rookie took 14 carries for 47 yards and added 11 receiving yards on his four catches against the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving. With Walker doubtful for Week 13, Charbonnet will have another crack at the starting job, but it will be tough sledding yet again.
In another Thursday night matchup, the Seahawks will be in Dallas to take on the Cowboys. The Cowboys' defense has allowed just one touchdown to opposing running backs in the last four weeks, and their explosive offense keeps teams playing catchup early and often, limiting opponents' use of the run game. It's likely that the Seahawks will be playing from behind, limiting the amount of work Charbonnet sees even if he is Seattle's featured back for another week.
Brandin Cooks, WR, Dallas Cowboys
Week 13 Superflex Rankings: 61
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Brandin Cooks will look for consistency and to even things out in a Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks. Cooks has been alternating good and bad games, finishing as the fantasy WR21, 97, 3, 49, and 18 over the past five weeks.
Based on that pattern, he's due for a bad week, but based on his and the Cowboys offense's recent play, there's a lot of upside in Cooks. His floor is lower than most others on the WR2/3 radar, but the ceiling is nice, and the Cowboys shouldn't have a hard time moving the ball on Thursday Night.
